Bridges of Hope SMART Recovery
The Bridges of Hope SMART Recovery group provides a science-based, self-empowering path to overcoming addictive behaviors and building a balanced life. Unlike traditional models, our program focuses on self-reliance and cognitive-behavioral tools to help participants manage urges, build motivation, and find long-term stability. Whether you are dealing with substance use or harmful habits, this group offers a judgment-free environment where you can gain practical skills for recovery.
We have a licensed psychologist Dr. Shellie Locke who will oversee and facilitate not only the Bridges of Hope SMART Recovery Peer Support Group but also our Pathways to Resilience Mental Health Program. This works in conjunction with SMART Recovery to really get in and assess the root causes of addiction.
New peer support groups will be launching in August. We will update with a current flyer with times and location.
